The slow fluid movements of Tai-Chi help to strengthen the spirit and physical condition.  It aids in reducing and dealing with stress while improving balance both physically and mentally.

Western designed research is now documenting benefits derived from practicing Tai-Chi and Qi-Gong. Hypertension, arthritis, cardiopulmonary diseases, and balance disorders may be improved through regular practice of these internal martial arts.
