Wushu/Kung-Fu


Wushu practice promotes self-defense, self-discipline, and self-confidence while increasing speed, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.  Aerobic fitness and overall endurance is enhanced.  This form is popular with both adults and children. 

Wushu is the powerful and exciting form displayed in action movies and is likely to become an Olympic event.
